Autopia is a digital platform providing a space for vehicle importers and sellers to offer their products to a targeted audience.
Autopia’s mission is to create digital solutions to digitize and secure public and private revenues.

The Autopia platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
The platform allows vehicle sellers to create and manage their profiles and connect with potential buyers. Users register and access their dashboard to create and manage vehicle listings.
These Terms of Use define the rules for accessing and using the Platform by any user.
2. Definitions
- Platform: the digital tool enabling creation of vehicle listings;
- User: any natural or legal person using the Platform’s services (seller, customer, exhibitor, sponsor, focal point, etc.).
- Account: the personal space created by the User to access services.
- Services: the set of features offered (registration, agenda, matchmaking, messaging, promotion, etc.).
- Login and password: the information required to authenticate a User. The password is confidential.
- Terms of Use (ToU): these terms and conditions of use.
3. Purpose & Acceptance
Access to the Platform is subject to full acceptance of these ToU. By registering or using the Services, the User acknowledges having read and accepted them.
4. Access & Registration
- Access is open to anyone wishing to sell motor vehicles within the ECOWAS area—private individuals, professionals and companies.
- Creating an Account requires accurate and up-to-date information.
- The User is responsible for keeping credentials confidential.
5. Services Provided
- Registration to list vehicles;
- Subscription to paid plans;
- Profile creation;
- Matchmaking and appointment scheduling with customers;
- Viewing notifications;
- Optional services (enhanced visibility, product/service promotion).
6. Platform Use
- Do not post unlawful, defamatory or misleading content;
- Use the Platform strictly in a professional context;
- Honor accepted appointments and commitments;
- Do not misuse other Users’ data for unauthorized commercial purposes.
7. Responsibilities
- The User is solely responsible for the information they publish.
- Autopia strives to ensure continuous access but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or anomalies.
- The Platform is not responsible for contracts, partnerships or transactions concluded between Users.
- Each User is responsible for their actions and obligations towards other Users or Autopia under applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
All texts, documents, illustrations, works and images reproduced or represented on the Site are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights, worldwide and for the full term of such rights.
Any reproduction or representation of the Site or any of its elements is strictly prohibited. Any copy by any means constitutes infringement punishable under the Intellectual Property Code.
Trademarks displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners; any unauthorized use constitutes infringement.
The User is fully responsible for any content they upload and undertakes not to infringe third-party rights.
Autopia reserves the right to moderate or remove content uploaded by users at any time without justification.
9. Personal Data
- Collected data (profiles, contact details, exchanges) are processed in compliance with Benin Law 2017-20 (Digital Code), Book V on personal data and privacy.

10. Financial Terms
Users may subscribe to a paid plan or use a free option.
11. Term & Termination
- These ToU apply throughout the User’s use of the Platform.
- The User may close their Account at any time.
- Autopia may suspend or delete an Account in case of ToU violations.
12. Changes
Autopia may amend the ToU at any time. Users will be informed and must accept the new terms to continue using the Platform.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this contract shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the CAMEC Arbitration Rules.
